This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had! It took over an hour to get them painted right without paint all over my toes! They were trying to blame me for them messing up my toes ♀️ The man finally came and fixed them after I just said I’d go somewhere else to get them painted just take the paint off. After she took the paint off I STILL had paint on my feet and toes ♀️ I didn’t get an apology or a discount for the mess!

The people are nice but I won’t be going back. Thought I would save time and be supportive by going to a place nearby rather than Montgomery. I showed them what I was wanting and asked if they could do it before starting anything. They said yes. So we sit down and when it’s time for the design she outright says she won’t do the one I want but will do her own. So I think okay maybe she just is gonna slightly modify it. No, she does something entirely different and nothing like I asked for. I told her I didn’t like it and if she can’t do the design to just paint a solid color and call it a day. Wasted time and money.

I came in only wanting my nails and toes painted . That’s it no mani no pedi just a paint . I came here because my mother in law gets her nails done here and they are always beautiful so she recommended them . I will not be back . One they where extremely rude . The older lady who did my nails was extremely rough and cut my fingers with the file even after I said you’ve cut me she never even spoke and continued I should’ve left them . She then proceeded to get the polish comes back where she even said just polish no gel no mani no pedi I said yes ma’am . After my nails she moved to my toes where she got on the floor and had me hold my leg up instead of me sitting in the pedi chair where she could properly do my toes . I ended up paying 40 freaking dollars for paint on my hands and toes . The customer service from the lady who did my nails was awful my toes looked terrible and my nails where worse .

If I could do no stars, I would! My daughter went to get her nails done at this location, the rude lady wouldn’t do them like she wanted, so instead of fixing them, she cut them all off and told her to go somewhere else. How professional is that? Save yourself time and trouble and go to super nails instead. Manicure

Horrible service they are rude they lie about what designs they can do and try to force designs on that you don’t want on you. They get mad and try to tell you what will and won’t look good to them when you are paying them to do it. They got mad because i wouldn’t let them do the design they wanted to because they couldn’t do mine. I will never go back here again an I advise anyone else not to go here as well. I really don’t even want to give them 1 star but this is the smallest amount of stars I can give them. I was so unhappy with my nails I went up the street from them to another nail salon to let them fix my nails.

The woman that owns the place is a LIAR …she talked me into paying 10$ MORE for Gel Polish, by telling me because it lasts LONGER … and THEN on my toes TOO ! TWENTY EXTRA DOLLARS … for Gel Polish THEN 5 daysater the EXPENSIVE polish was peeling OFF… I went back yesterday to get them fixed and the FLIPPING woman accused me LOUDLY in front of a salon FULL OF people of LYING that I probably got them done at Super Nails… the two men that did my manicure AND pedicure were BOTH there… AND I showed my Tallasse Nails stamped card…. the Woman accusing me kept ON & ON .. SAYING that they “DO NOT do stamp card” … i even renembered My Gel Polish # … which was 446… ALL the other customers were sitting there with all their mouths DROPPED IN SHOCK AT THIS CRAZY WOMAN THAT OWNS THE PLACE … i thinm she lost ALOT of customers that day
