Went for the first time. First of all, very clean and beautiful space. Doesn’t have that glue smell like other salons. Had basic pedicure done and it was lovely. Will come back.

Just 5 days ago I was here for a dip mani on my natural nails and a gel pedi. The service was ok but very rushed, now that I’m 5 days with this mani one of my natural nails had broken from the tip. I called and was told that it’s a “personal problem ” because all of them ( my nails) would have broke if it was due to the application of the dip powder! Wrong, the application is much thinner on this nail than the rest and has caused me a broken nail on something I’ve been growing for over a year. I have never had a nail break on me with my natural nails until I went here! They’re only charging $4 since I now have to get a tip placed on it to match the rest of my fingers and I just feel this is terrible customer service because if the application was done correctly I wouldn’t need a nail repair. I’ve tried so many times with giving this place a benefit of doubt because how they rush you in the seat without even letting you pick a color and rush your service. But I won’t be back after this repair I spend over 100 on my natural nails every other week and I get treated like me having satisfaction after a service I brought is a privilege which it is not! They even have signs all over their Salon that say guarantee to last for two weeks now it’s 5 days once I mentioned I’m on the 5th day with this polish. Very unprofessional very much letting everyone know that I recommended going to the shop to not come back. It’s really a shame

Went in for a soak-off removal for my powder nails. I specified twice to the front desk lady that i wanted a soak off, not the other removal process where they use a nail to scrape your nail off because it’s extremely damaging to your natural nail and nail bed. I had Fiona as my tech and i’ve had past negative experiences with her but i gave it a chance since it was only a removal. Right away when i sat down she got a fake nail and proceeded to start scraping my nail off. Immediately i told her i wanted to soak them off and she said ok. Then proceeded AGAIN to try and scrap between them to take it off! After my first round of soaking them, she did the same thing and by then I just gave up on saying something. She used the filing machine to take off my excess soaked nail and it was flying everywhere and stained my sweats as well after i tried to take it off. She also got annoyed that I wanted a clean towel to put on my lap to cover myself after she tried to offer me the dirty one we had already been using. Out of the many many times ive been here, there has not been 1 GOOD experience. They’ve all been mediocre or bad side. Not to mention they’re pretty pricey so if you want good service, take your money elsewhere.

Critical: ProfessionalismWe went in at about 6:30 asked for a pedi and a no chip manicure they close at 8… or at least that’s what is advertised.. so we just decided to get our nails done. The whole time the lady I had was super rough and was flinging my hands around made me bleed , hurt me MULTIPLE times. I asked for the nail that I picked out that they had out on display THAT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE NAILS SHE DID ON ME … she asked me what shape I said coffin …… NOT WHAT WHATEVER THIS SHAPE IS IM SO EMBARRASSED…….. not even to mention I PAID 70 fricking dollars for this … FOR THIS !!!!!!!! And my friend who came with me got square and paid 50…… I’m extremely concerned as to why these were 70$ ??????????? I went for a pedicure today and was excited to try this place out. I wasn’t asked what kind of pedicure I wanted, and although I was planning on doing a more expensive, upgraded pedicure, I just had the standard basic one since I wasn’t given the chance to say what I wanted. While my toes are nicely polished now, that’s the only positive thing I can say. Everything was rushed and I literally have the exact same amount of dead skin on the bottoms of my feet as I did when I got there. The technician scrubbed for less than 15 seconds on each foot, so the callouses were not buffed away at all. Kind of disappointing when you are looking forward to(and paying for!) a pedicure. I’ll have to go somewhere else now to actually SMOOTH out my feet, which was what my biggest concern was.

I had David do my gel manicure and pedicure and he did a really great job! I walked in and there was a 20 min wait which ended up being only about 5 minutes. He got through both services in about an hour and did a really nice job. Gel manicures, Pedicure

Rude. Beyond rude. Went in for a no chip polish change, on acrylic nails. Tried explaining my nails were acrylic, but reassured it was fine to soak them in alcohol with foil wrapped around them. To nobody’s surprise, my acrylic nails also came off in globs. I politely asked what happened, asked for someone to tell me what the tech was doing.. nothing. Rather than respond to me, or at the very least, acknowledge me, four nail techs came around me and obviously discussed my nails in another language. I waited for them to finish the convo before asking yet again, what is going on? This mess was salvaged (I guess) then they tried to charge me for a full set and no chip nail polish. Although replacing the set was not my fault nor my request. Save yourself the headache. Don’t come here. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
