I would not recommend the older nail tech to do nails. It took 2 hours and 45 minutes for her to do my nails just to leave paying $65 with acrylic all around my fingers and droops on the side on my fingertip with the acrylic hardened over my cuticles. Nail tech also never asked what shape I wanted for my nails and the nails were filed oddly on the sides

I had a great experience today. I was respectfully seated within 5-10 minutes of my appointment time despite 2-3 others waiting. I had a nice pedicure with Anna using clean, sanitary practices but what I am extra excited about was my gel manicure. Long was the most meticulous tech I have ever had and absolutely nailed my art request from a photo I showed him I never felt like either tech was rushed as I have in other salons and would highly recommend to others!

I have been with T nails for six years, their customer service was outstanding, the prices were amazing, They were fast and courteous. Now I am no longer happy because The owners have switched hands. I find that the service is slow, extremely slow, and they are understaffed, I’m just no longer going back to this place. Two times that I went there I waited a half an hour before I was taken care of. I won’t do it again
