First time there. Talking to another lady, it was also her first time too. We were walk-ins. Very busy AFTER we got there (homecoming). The wait was a Very long time; plus one of the employee had to leave to pick up her son; yet I understand; family first. The people who had appointments were promptly waited on. I am a regular here and the wait was decent. They do have males in here now. He was kinda rough, didn’t get the concept of “OW” I normal have the sweet little lady do my toes but I figured I’d give it a shot. I have been here many time to get my nails done and pedicures & I have never had a problem. However, I went a couple weeks ago for a pedicure & the woman was extremely rough on my toes. She was pushing way to hard with a the little metal tool & I was in pain while she was doing it. Anyways, I got through it & was overall pleased with the service. However, one toe has been sore since then & now today it has became infected & hurts really bad. I’m not one to usually complain, but just beware. I’ve never had an issue before this, but this was a different woman that did it this time. I don’t know if she was new or what, but she was very rough.

Critical: QualityThe only thing good about this pedicure is that the massage chair worked.Worst pedicure ever. First she stabbed me under the toenail twice. Then she didn’t cut my nails short like I asked. I don’t always feel my feet so I didn’t realize until I got home that she scraped my ankles and the back of my heel bloody on both feet. They gave my husband a great pedicure and he loves the way they wax his eyebrows I think they look great too I got my nails filled in because I had a bad experience at luxury nails the guy told me which was a manager that if I didn’t like it to find somewhere else so I went to t-nails and I was very satisfied with the way they filled in my nails and the paint job and the people are very nice there love love love them.
