They asked what I wanted when I walked in. Full set and pedi..waited a bit then was called to the chair. She asked what I wanted and I showed her. She started soaking my nails off but 2 other lady’s walked in. She left my nails soaking to work on one of the lady’s pedi. She came back to me I assume after getting halfway done with the pedi and then said why it would be better to essentially give my nails a break. My perception is she didn’t want to work on me she would rather go on to the other lady who I assume was regular customers. So only got a soak off which cost $15.

Rudest people ever. One they didn’t want to soak my nails off like I asked. Said it takes too long then when I Tried to explain something. Guy backed his chair up kept claiming I was mad at him when I said I wasn’t. Then I went to get up and he said. “Yes thank god leave”.

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI wasn’t paying attention but pretty sure my instruments weren’t cleaned from before use. The skin below my big toe was sliced open and I have had to clean it and my feet throughly to make sure I don’t get an infection. I normally use another place in town but was in a rush and this place was empty. I’ve soaked my feet and tried to apply every antifungal and antibacterial thing I could find.
