Recommended by a patient, cuz her nails looked nice and I was looking for a new salon. She also showed me pics of designs she had had done in the past, and I was like yes I need someone who is good at designs cuz I like to have fun with my nails!! So she said that Dee was the gal to see. This time was getting them done for my brother’s wedding, and Dee did an amazing job. Everyone loved them– they were nice but with a little sass. So def my new salon and my new person lol!!

As a first time client to these nail techs I’m very disappointed in the services at this nail salon. I spent 3 hours here today and got passed through 3 different nail techs. I got a simple French tip on my toes and hands with a full set. I had 3 different people doing my toes and 2 different nail techs on my hands. They rushed through them for sure as parts of the nails are still missing polish and some of the nails are literally pointing up and uneven. I will not return. I’ve spent less on the same thing elsewhere and had a better end result and quicker time manner.

I try to go other places when I move to fare but nobody does my nails how I like . The best nail shop in Phoenix period. Awful. If u are trying to have professional pedi’s and mani’s, dont go here. First off, the lady that started with my feet didnt listen to me when I said numerous times to NOT cut any of the side of my nails. I’m a foot model so I know what I want but nope! She didnt listen to me, she just kept doing it. Granted she didnt speak English so their translator that they have, “helped”, looks to be late teens and boy was she rude. They ended up moving me to 3 different seats and where they did my nail polish was in a mani seat where I had to put my feet on this lady’s legs! Not good for someone who has back issues! I ended up leaving before they did my mani because it was so bad and they took over an hour to even START my pedi nail polish. They still charged me for half a mani even tho they did nothing but mess them up. Take a look for yourself….2 pics of my “supposed” mani…and then pics of my toes where the lady shaped them horribly. Not to mention I had to clean up my cuticles myself and they screwed up the nail polish on my big toe.

My daughter got a nail infection when she got her nails done with gel nail polish. I am extremely mad and disappointed with this place. We went there right before Christmas (Dec.22 -Saturday around 1pm) we waited 2 hours before they even bothered to take us. They kept saying we were next . So we waited by the time we noticed it was 2 hours after.. I already reported this place. I hope they check how they are doing there jobs. My 13 year old daughter didn’t had to suffer this.

My tech had relatively bad bed manners, but her ability as a nail tech far exceeded her mannerisms. She was quick and excellent. If she smiled it would have been a five star review. A tad rough with the file, but still excellent.
