The woman fingers were dirty and didn’t let me talk or ask questions about WHAT I WANTED. I was picking the color I wanted and she brought these colors out and started painting them, she asked me if I liked them, at that point I was fed up and I said she should go on with it. I’m definitely getting a color change. Her fingers was literally grossing me out the whole time. When I tipped her she took my card and said sign” like I didn’t know what I was doing and btw never said thank u or gave a good day. The nail she repaired didn’t look identical at all.

Critical: Professionalism, QualitySo i had randomly got serviced here because it is relatively close to my house and my regular stylist went on vacay. They had this new girl that did nails cute and i told her my budget for my nails before she started . Then my nails was 30$ more than what we spoke about. So i had a nail break a week later n they fixed for no charge. I then go in looking to get a fill and the lady (maybe the owner) flipped her hand and told me she isn’t here (like get out hand gesture) i will never spend a dollar in there again. Only reason it isn’t 1 star is because she did a good job the first time.
