It saddens me to say that I will not visit this particular salon ever again. Although my fingers and toes look absolutely wonderful, unfortunately, while getting my manicure, several of my fingers suffered the consequence when my nail tech was cutting my cuticles. My fingers still hurt even after nearly 36 hours of having my nails done.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWow, this is possible the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! First off, their prices are unbeatable and well worth it. They have really good daily specials offered throughout the week and use good quality products from what I could see. I went in this morning for a pedicure with shellac, and asked to come back to see if they could “fix” the polish on one of the nails. It turned out my nail was broken underneath it and it had nothing to do with the girl’s work. Even then, the owner was nice enough to redo my pedicure and even put acrylic on the broken nail for me. She was very diligent and did great work. This place has super friendly workers and great customer service! Wow, this is possible the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! First off, their prices are unbeatable and well worth it. They have really good daily specials offered throughout the week and use good quality products from what I could see. I am extremely disappointed with this place because I wanted to come back since it’s conveniently close to my house. What is the point of getting a pedicure if they don’t scrub your feet? What is the point of getting a manicure if they don’t clean your cuticles? No cuticle cutter was used in my visit.

Critical: QualityI did my shellac nails 2 days ago and already I have two nails that the polish chipped!! This has never happened to me before with other manicures, my shellac usually lasts at least 2 weeks. This lasted 2 days, I came here because the reviews were good and the prices we lower than I’ve paid before…but now, unfortunately I’m going to have to pay to remove my shellac and have them redone. So I will end up paying double. I’m extremely disappointed, maybe the brand of shellac they use is not the best quality. I take care of nails especially when I’ve just had a manicure I wear gloves to wash dishes, so it’s definitely the quality of their polishes. I want to like this place because it’s so close to home but hasn’t convinced me. The place has the plexi glass all over but it’s pointless when you sit next to another customer. The staff is nice to customers but they don’t seem to be happy working there, it’s so tense in there, like they can’t do much. I get dip nails on my natural nail and it never seems to last me more than a week. Always manages to crack or chip off.
