Critical: QualityI showed Rosie (stylist/manager) a few pictures of the type of bangs I wanted and let her choose which one fit my bone structure. At first inspection, the bangs looked fine. When I returned home and the bangs were dry, I noticed they were uneven and one side was thicker than the other. I took multiple pictures and the mistakes were even more glaringly apparent.I returned to the salon to ask for a refund ($7 + $3 tip). Rosie and Mona (stylist) told me it was not possible, so Rosie offered to fix my bangs; I conceded. However, when I showed her the mistakes, she did not understand the issues. She started cutting the bangs and the experience worsened due to her ineptitude. I commented that she still did not understand the problems with her cut. She threw the $3 tip in my purse and pulled my hair when she removed the smock, which she denied.The whole experience was catastrophe. I usually go to higher-end salons, but decided to give Supercuts a try. Booked an appointment for a color online. When I got there I was told I couldn’t be seen as they wouldn’t make any money if they took me as they could possibly lose another client There was no other client there for a haircut. I was in the salon alone. To top it off the call to the manager was on aoeaker phone as she told her employee to turn me away as they would not make any money. So rather than take a potential new customer turn me away just in case more folks come in. Poor customer service to turn away one customer in case of a possible walk in for a hair cut. Why would you let people book online if you have no intention of giving a service you agreed to! Wouldn’t come back to this

She listens and makes recommendations and gave me the best haircut in years. She is unbelievably talented, efficient and is the absolute best at what she does. I love my new haircut. It looks like I spent a fortune on it but it was under $20. I have received sooooo many compliments even from complete strangers. Super Cuts used to be my go to hair cuts. Traveling the country in a motorcoach, I got some horrible cuts from Super Cuts and other shops also. We decided to stop traveling and bought a house in Palm Harbor. I thought I would give Super Cuts of Palm Harbor a try. What a stroke of luck. Rosy listened to what I wanted and gave me the best haircut I’ve had in years.

The cut was super. No but seriously, it really was. I feel like I’ve had enough bad heaircuts to last a lifetime, but this wasn’t one of them. I was very happy with the job Mona did! That lady has got some skills. Next time I need my hair cut and I’m in the area, there is no question that I will be looking for her!

After I got out of the hospital, I had a lot of tangles and knots in my hair to the point it was painful to brush. I went to Supercuts and had Robin. She did an amazing job! She was able to get out most of the tangles out painlessly and cut out the remaining ones into a stylish haircut. I recommend her to everyone
