Tl;dr the hairstylist will give you a hair style they think is good, not what you ask for. Asked for a 6 top 4 side trim, got a bowl cut and skipped bangs. (Pictures are less than 24 hours later)

Went to do a walk-in with my son. 2 stylists standing around. Every chair empty. Told that they’re “booked up” for the rest of the day. I said “it looks it”. She then proceeded to try to tell me they had appointments at 4 and 430 yet it was already 415 and all the chairs were empty. So that’s the last time I’ll ever walk through their doors.

Completely unprofessional… My girlfriend worked for this location and their boss wouldn’t even tell her I was going in for an unexpected surgery. I had to call 40 minutes later for her boss to tell me they’re really busy and that my girlfriend is having back to back customers. I asked if she could please let her know in between clients, which in return she gave an attitude. Clearly the manager here is not only incompetent, but has zero consideration for family emergencies. When my girlfriend told the manager she had to leave to meet me at the hospital, she just glared at her and said nothing. Talk about zero morals… I can’t believe they’re in business while conducting themselves in such ways.

My father is a extremely intelligent and smart person but in this situation he wasn’t as smart. Honestly i could have probably cut his hair better with a dull jagged kitchen knife from seven years ago. Un even is an understatement. It was amazing experience to work with Tanya. We were laughing all the time. Sometimes when you are having a lot of fun with your barber you may not get the best hair cut but you have the best experience. Well, it was completely different with Tanya. I brought a picture for her to see the haircut I want. I wanted a few things to be changed buy I couldn’t explain properly… Tanya managed to understand me and do it the way I expected that to look. So this is the first time when I had fantastic experience + a lot of fun while I got a great quality haircut THE WAY I WANTED THAT! Thank you very much! See you in a month!

The people here ruined my hair. I wasgrowing my hair for three long years and came here for a cleanup on my layers. IT was horrible some parts of my hair were long and some parts were short. Disappointed. She spent less than 10 minutes (around 8 minutes) and even did not ask if I am OK with my hair. Suddenly, she said you are all set.She booked too many customers in a short period and couldn’t spend more time since the next one was waiting in the line.
