I got the worst haircut of my life today. My birthday is tomorrow and I had to cancel all my plans because I’ve never felt so ugly. I provided my hairdresser (dont know her name) with plenty of references, some were of me with the haircut. Its the same simple haircut I’ve gotten a thousand times before but this hairdresser completely ruined my hair when all she needed to do was trim it. I’m very self conscious and my hair is my favorite thing about me but I’ve never actually cried over a haircut, until today.

They give the option to BOOK online. Yet when you get there, you have to wait for everyone ahead of you that did a walk in. Booked for 1:30. Got there and she told me there were SEVEN people ahead of me. If it’s not a booking/appt….don’t call it that. Call it a check in time or whatever it is.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityDidn’t even come closet the way I asked her to cut my hair. I wanted my hair a little over my ears and to be able to have it curly. . its way to short for that and my whole ear shows. Its pretty close to a mans cut. My husband walked in to get a haircut and was greeted very, very rudely. He asked if masks were required during the haircut because he noticed a sign stating both vaccinated and unvaccinated were required to wear one inside. The lady very harshly responded, “Especially while getting a haircut” and pretty much rolled her eyes with her response. He was told that there were two people ahead of him and that it would be 45 minutes to an hour before they could get him in. While putting his name on the list, she made him say his name several times even though he spelled it out for her, almost as if she wasn’t paying attention to him. We will never come here for a haircut due to the lack of respect and customer service. I’m honestly astounded that someone working in this field would treat a paying customer with such attitude. Do NOT recommend!!!
