Called to ask if we needed to make an appointment and the lady who answered told us that we could or we could also walk in, so after driving all the way from kohala I walked in with my daughter and asked if she could get her hair cut the lady said she doesnt have any openings when there wasnt anyone getting a hair cut etc. Mind you I showed up at 415 and they dont close til 5. I was annoyed after driving all that way for nothing. Please dont tell us one thing over the phone and is gonna be something else in person, it’s really ridiculous, not everyone lives in waimea. I also tried to book an appt online but for some reason it wasnt working properly so that’s why I called and asked. On-line booking failed, so, you have to call and try to get information from a rude person at the shop. When you go to the shop it’s exactly what you expect with rude people too busy to deal with any person resembling a customer. Don’t waste your time or money.

I’ve come to the Waimea Supercuts numerous times and have had a good experience. When checking in I was told an hour wait, then when we went back they said another 10 minutes and then the other girl there said oh not it’s another 30 minutes or more. The other customer was also asking how long and he got the same run around. I totally understand that they are busy like any other place but getting the run around is not acceptable. You can at least call your customer and say we’re almost ready for you instead of making us walk back and forth asking if we’re up next. Really disappointed with Supercuts right now.

What a shame. I had a 10:00 appt for a haircut. I arrived at 9:55. No one greeted me or the 5 other people who came in after me. I waited until 10:15 and approached the counter. Finally someone came up and I asked them- I have a 10:00 appt with Natlyn. I was told nothing. If there was even a little bit of customer service I would have waited. It was obvious that the staff did not care at all about all the people waiting…… I made they appt at that time for a reason. Will not return….. There is no Aloha here–.
