Critical: ProfessionalismI tried to book an appointment using the online system and received an email back telling me the appointment was cancelled. I called and very nicely asked if I could book another time. The lady on the phone was very rude to me and I couldn’t understand why. Nevertheless, I booked an appointment for my son for later that day. When she thought I hung up the phone, she proceeded to tell her co-workers how annoyed she was that people kept calling to say the website wasn’t working when the problem wasn’t with the website but with people not understanding that it’s booked. She was disrespectful on the phone and disrespectful when she thought I had hung up. Needless to say, I called back and cancelled my appointment. I tried to book an appointment using the online system and received an email back telling me the appointment was cancelled. I called and very nicely asked if I could book another time. The lady on the phone was very rude to me and I couldn’t understand why. Nevertheless, I booked an appointment for my son for later that day. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueLanihau Supercuts has always treated me well. Especially stylist Hiwa always takes the time to connect with her customers and always makes it a point to assure that service is satisfaction. The place is looking amazing and building a team is hard especially during the pandemic. We appreciate all Hiwa has done to keep the place running. Would I recommend this shop? Lanihau Supercuts has always treated me well. Especially stylist Hiwa always takes the time to connect with her customers and always makes it a point to assure that service is satisfaction. The place is looking amazing and building a team is hard especially during the pandemic. We appreciate all Hiwa has done to keep the place running. Would I recommend this shop? I said no it’s at 10:30. The woman came from the back room. When I told her she made my appt. for 10:30 she said well he’s here. So she took him. I was not happy so I left. She cut his hair around his ears then took him over to the sink to wash his hair and he had in a ponytail. If it was just a short wait I might have waited but he was taking a while.
