Horrible! I showed them a inspiration picture for the cut and hairdresser say ok.. I thought they can do it.. I was shocked they don’t know how cut or do layering.. I ask if they can do thinning.. they can’t do it.. my daughter’s hair was braided so it was a little bit curly so you expect them to spray it so when she cut it will be straight and see how the it will be when its layered. I even question it.. but she said its fine.. so i told them if they can shampoo and see if its afterwards when its dry.. i did not know that blowdrying cost different! $40!!! Will never again! Ruined my day

Overall terrible vibe and for some reason the guy was very frustrated. Asked for a line up and he took a deep sigh. Also he messed up my haircut by struggling with the lineup and not giving me a true mid bald fade. I then told him to cut an 1/2 inch off the top which he didn’t even calculate, he just cut off whatever he wanted.
