Critical: ProfessionalismJust went in to donate our hair for wigs for kids. Asked them to put it into 4 sections. They refused and cut a bottom low pony tail. Not sure who trained them for donations but wont come back again. Left 5+ inches of good hair on top that was donatable. Just went in to donate our hair for wigs for kids. Asked them to put it into 4 sections. They refused and cut a bottom low pony tail. Not sure who trained them for donations but wont come back again. Critical: QualitySo we just went in on a Sunday. Clean. Didn’t have to wait and the lady who did my 6 year olds hair rushed right through it and after a couple suggestions of correction when she finished she didn’t seem to see what I was seeing. So we just went in on a Sunday. Clean. Didn’t have to wait and the lady who did my 6 year olds hair rushed right through it and after a couple suggestions of correction when she finished she didn’t seem to see what I was seeing. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI set an appointment for 12:30 and it got accepted on their end. I get there at 12:25 and check in. Only one person can sit inside while they wait which is fine, so I was waiting outside in the heat. At 12:45, I left because it was getting ridiculous at this point.
