Truthfulness goes a long way. I went by and asked it there was a possibility of getting a trim. I was told yes and that I would be next since the next appointment scheduled client was not expected for another 1/2 hr. The person proceeded to finish with her client, cleaned up her station, fiddling up at the front register all the while the other employee worked on her seated client. No attempt was made to assist me. The 1/2 hr quickly passed and the scheduled client showed up and was told she would be up next. I waited a bit more then got up and walked out. If you don’t want to offer service to particular clients just say sorry no time available. My time is valuable too.
