Was very happy with my experience, called in pretty late in the afternoon and was lucky enough to land an appointment before closing, I honestly loved that there was only one stylist on the schedule at the end of the night because it meant the salon was quiet. I am easily overstimulated in a busy salon between machines and people talking so this was perfect for me.

Been getting my haircut by Supercuts for more than 6 years and I have never had any issues. Today, I made a last minute appointment 30 minutes before they closed. I went in for my appointment and the man working would not do my haircut because he was already cutting someone’s hair. What’s the point of being able to make an appointment online if they are going to refuse service. Won’t be going to this location anymore.

I went to this location for the first time today. Easy to find, easy to check-in, and comfortable to wait. There were people checked-in in front of, but they weren’t there, so I sat down in 5 minutes. Angel gave me a nice, quick haircut, and was good to talk to. A positive Supercuts experience. The only opportunity for improvement is to clarify the wait list, perhaps with a customer-facing monitor, as it’s confusing to what’s going on.

Really nice place! I have driven past that little part of a strip mall for many years and never really paid attention to what was located there. But, after having two bad places to get my hair cut, I noticed the Supercuts sign and decided to try there and just see if it could become my new hair cut place.
