Don’t waste your time. This is the third time Heather screwed up my appointment. I am done going here and can’t afford to drive here 2x for each and every appointment because the manager or the website is subpar. I made today’s appointment, in-person yesterday for today. Heather booked 11:30 with the hairstylist. I go in today and am told she changes the hairstylist’s schedule and had her come in at 12?? Incompetency!

Never before have I had a stylist argue with me or my husband about our son’s cow-lick. Then Jean proceeded to argue to all three of us that nobody does a 2 low fade… What!? Google it SuperCuts! We (the customer) have gotten this boys haircut over the past decade… a 2 low fade cut seems to be at all places but here. Jean kept suggesting the cut on their poster. NO, we know how low his cow-lick needs to be. And argue in front of our son over it!? I make a point to give 5 stars when earned. You need to go beyond unacceptable for me to give 1 star.

We get my kids haircuts there and have never had an issue till tonight. Brought my daughter in and was told they no longer accept walk-ins and I had to have an appointment. I have always walked in without a problem. It even says walk ins welcome on the door. When I mentioned it to the lady she was extremely rude. Her tone and demeanor was so unprofessional. We will NEVER be using this place again!!
