This place is not a place to go for haircut. My husband went for a haircut thinking it is as good as one on dowlen rd, but got home very disappointed. No customer service, sloppy hair cutting skill. Normally you can see the quality of haircut at super cut but this place is not super cut, just holding a banner without quality and professional hairstylist.Never again.

One of the worst haircuts I have ever had and quite an expensive disappointment. Two sides of my hair not cut the same and are different lengths, bangs cut with a point in the middle. Asked the beautician to leave a little length in a couple areas and she did not. Considered returning to have it corrected ,as much as possible ,but then would have been WAY too short. Charged me for a blow dry which was incomplete as my hair was still damp when I left. The beautician was very pleasant which is the only positive. All-in-all an expensive, AWFUL haircut and I will NEVER be back or EVER recommend this place. Frankly, I think they should refund me for my haircut.

Called before hand for availability and price told the lady i would be there i 5 mins she confirmed. Arrived at the supercuts at 10:30am 4/17/2021 open sign was on, parking spots empty, door locked, and all lights on but nobody there waited out front for 20 minutes nothing called three times no answer.
