I was there at about 2:00 pm on Saturday, July 23rd 2022. AlexAndrea cut my hair. She was very kind and courteous and did an excellent job!! I would definitely recommend this Supercuts and I will be returning! I also came back yet again at about 3:45 pm on Saturday October 8th 2022 and Jay cut my hair this time. Again an excellent job! I have long, thick hair and get it trimmed every three months to keep it healthy. I made it very clear to Michelle that I only want 1/4 of an inch taken off of the length. I left with soaking wet hair because she took the cape off and sent me on my way without even offering to dry it. I didn’t care too much to say anything at the time because I was coming straight home anyway. When my hair dried and I got a good look at it, I could see that a solid two inches, maybe more, is now gone. She was a friendly girl which is why I gave two stars, but I’m extremely disappointed in this cut. I can’t stand when hair stylists just want to cut away at long hair, which is why I always make it clear that I want the bare minimum taken off.

Unfortunately my long time barber is dealing with health problems so I’m looking for a new place to replace him. I called this location being a friend recommended it and only use’s Jay. I called and explained my situation and and politely asked who they would recommend is the best at this location for taper fades/blending. The person who I believe was Jay said after a long pause “oh uh, yeah I can do that… but it depends.”??? Depends on what?? Me possibly getting a terrible haircut??? No thank you. If you are not confident in your abilities why would I take a chance going to you in the first place. I was hesitant being a Super cuts and I was right. I’ll continue my search to find another salon or barber shop. This place is probably good for little kids or retirees who don’t really care about their appearance that much. Good luck. Ps. The owner’s response says it all. Of course I based my decision off of a phone conversation?? That’s why you call first??? Why would I come in if the conversation and response was awkward and lacked professionalism. Maybe working on properly training staff to handle customer service over the phone would be more effective than responding to reviews as if your business is making zero mistakes. You have 3.4 stars for multiple reasons.

3 times I’ve used the app to make an appointment and each time when I arrive I have a 30 minute wait. Just get rid of the Appointment app and just say your only a walk in. Stop failing to hit your own appointment time slots. Haircut
