I have never had such a terrible haircut. I should have known when they started my cut asking my to stand up, that was a first. Then my bangs ended up straight across and way too thick. I went home to try to fix it myself or figure out what went wrong I found they cut my bangs way too far back, making them thick and on top of that the hairline for my bangs weren’t even straight. Needless to say they are lucky I tipped and I will never go back.

Out of about 10 times going here I got my haircut done correctly MAYBE once. For some reason it seems like when the hair stylists ask how you want your hair done, they don’t actually listen. I’ve been going here for the convenience and I’m fed up, I’ll go the extra couple of miles and get my hair done right. Apparently “fade” is not in their vocabulary.

They give awful haircuts. My son asked for 6 on sides and 8 on top. The hair butcher took it upon herself to do 5 on sides and 6 on top- basically an unwanted crew cut is what he walked out with. They still has the nerve to charge me, offered a 2.00 discount because according to them “it was still a good haircut”….. they will never give anyone in my family their idea of a good hair cut again…..

This is a HORRIBLE place to go too! They cut my hair way to short and she LAUGHED AND ARGUED about it! I said it’s way to short and she no it’s not. I said yes it is.
