First, i’d like to say ive been to this hair cutting place multiple times! they have always done a pretty well job of what i have wanted to do/style my hair. But, this particular time did not end up how i was expecting AT ALL. attached below is a guy in black clothing and snowy background, this is the photo i used to base off what kind of hair cut i wanted telling her that my sides and back mainly needed a good trim up and over all about an inch taken off for all it. the other guy attached below is my hair the night before and my hair now. VERY unsatisfied and annoyed of what has happened here. now i have to regrow it out which will take a few months and i do not like this short length AT ALL. i have absolutely no clue what happened when all i asked for was an INCH taken off. the representative photos arent even remotely close to what i asked for.

I highly do not recommend Spring at super cuts I called due to I’d be late with Nicole who I was scheduled with who walked out as I was going in. Spring cut my hair and it is so uneven and so much shorter then I had asked. She is also the one who I asked for a light light blonde for a while back and gave me full brown hair with blonde highlights. Never again. Pictures of what I’ve asked for when I wanted blonde and the brown is what I had gotten. Blonde hair pictures are pictures of my recent hair cut from Spring when I straighten it to see how it was it’s beyond uneven, I knew my hair was damaged but Spring also was very nasty about how damaged my hair was. Spring was rough/aggressive in the wash and brushing it out. Definitely not happy with my service Also I booked a color with Nicole prior to this cut and go in for the color and she stated she wasn’t able to do it because she did not have the time while I booked online for it. Nicole is who I’ve seen for YEARS she never disappoints me. But definitely disappointed me with the color deal. Going to give them one last chance when my hair is longer before I find someone else to do my hair. This is 3 issues within a year It all started March 5th 2021 when Spring did the wrong color. Then March 4th 2022 for the color deal with Nicole and then again March 18th 2022 with the cut from Srping.

Brought an 86 year old woman to her 10a appointment this morning. We were early do we visited other businesses near by. Still we were 5 minutes early. We were standing by the door patiently waiting. One of your employees arrived and unlocked the door. Now this is the good part. Obviously she was in a hurry. As she opened the door the 86 year old woman with a cane started in behind her. Your employee let the door close in this woman’s face. How rude and disrespectful. Her hair done by another employee was was very nice and her attitude was very good.

Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI took my daughter for her first hair coloring and we chose Spring because of her beautiful and colorful hair. She did not disappoint. Spring did an amazing job, she was friendly and informative. We were the last appointment of the night before closing and part of the color did not take , instead of closing and leaving on time she took the extra time needed to add more color. The outcome was amazing and my daughter absolutely loves it. I took my daughter for her first hair coloring and we chose Spring because of her beautiful and colorful hair. She did not disappoint. Spring did an amazing job, she was friendly and informative. Told me my hair was to dull and damaged to do anything with and that they didn’t have time to do it and that my hair was lost cause, She also recommended me something that would have done absolutely nothing to my hair, I took my business elsewhere and they said my hair was very healthy and that they could fit me in as soon as possible. The treatment she recommended was for hard water only it would have just been a waste of money. I scheduled an appointment with one of the lady’s there and when I went in the girl was very rude to me! Told me my hair was to dull and damaged to do anything with and that they didn’t have time to do it and that my hair was lost cause, She also recommended me something that would have done absolutely nothing to my hair, I took my business elsewhere and they said my hair was very healthy and that they could fit me in as soon as possible. Bambi has always done an amazing job with my hair!! I also do hair and I had always had to go back through to tweak and sometimes fix my own haircut, but the first time she helped with my hair I did not have to fix it! She was the first person to ever put color in my hair also (and I had been doing hair for 6 years when she did) they were highlights that were placed so as they grew out it was not as noticeable and even months after they were done I was still receiving compliments on how beautiful they were and they were quite out grown but you could not see that! I would highly recommend her for any of your hair needs, not only does she have skill she is also a one-of-a-kind genuine woman who goes above and beyond for people!! Love you girl, Thank you for always taking great care of me and my hair needs!!

If she was standoffish because she thought I was only there for an eyebrow wax, I guess those customers are extraneous to her. The stylist whom my appt was with was in the back at the sink working with another customer. She did not acknowledge me at all, like hi, I’ll be with you shortly or anything.
