I never write reviews and neither did i tell the stylist that it was an awful job. Went for a blow dry and it was absolutely ridiculous how it came out. If you have no idea how to blow dry hair, dont offer the service. Wasted $45 and an hour of my time, just to go home and fix it myself.

I went to this place for 15 years because they always did a decent job of cutting my hair, I usually have long hair and keep it under a hat but later last year I decided to start going shorter. My last haircut here has to have been one of the worst I’ve ever gotten. The woman cutting my hair read the receipt to see what I had done last visit and then just decided to do whatever she wanted after I explained to her how I get it cut. I always cut the sides and back short and leave the top longer, and she started out by giving me essentially a bowl cut without trimming the top at all and then asked if it looked good. At this point she had drenched my hair so I looked like I just walked out of the shower so I didn’t know any better. When I asked her to blend it so my bangs weren’t one length she blended my entire head, essentially thinning out my hair so bad that I constantly have portions of my hair sticking up that never stood up before and it’s impossible to pat them down unless I completely wash my hair. I’m not even sure what I can do to fix my hair now because even after almost two months it hasn’t regained its thickness or even the texture that it had before this haircut, but I do know I’m not going to be returning.

I’ve been getting my hair cut here for over a decade with no issues. They used to keep a history of how you asked for your hair to be cut, but they don’t do so anymore. Unfortunately for me, the woman who cut my hair today didn’t listen to what I wanted at all. I asked her to trim an inch of hair off the top of my approximately 4-5 inch long hair. She cut 3-4 inches off leaving me with less than an inch of hair. She also pressed her clippers and trimmers against my skin with such force that I bled. Without a doubt, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had getting a haircut.
