I came in to get a walk-in haircut, and I got Bonnie. Everything went well at the start I showed her a picture of what I was wanting. A skin to medium fade and long on top with it all blended together. When she started her trimmers were either dying or messed up internally, and was grabbing and pulling my hair out. She went and borrowed one of the other ladies trimmers and they didnt grab and rip hair out. So then she proceeded with the haircut. But instead I got skin shaven to the point that it had entered my widows peak with no fade what so ever. She said it was just miscommunication, but it looked nothing remotely close to the picture. I’m am very disappointed. I had grown my hair out so I could get this cut done and it took a whole year to grow it out, and now all that time has been wasted. I’m going to have to wear a hat to work for a very long time. Here’s some photos for reference. The first one is what I asked for and the others are what I got!

I will never use Supercuts again in rocky mount va ! There customer service is terrible, they applied WD40 on a child’s head and claimed it’s used to help with knots, they also indicated that your child has mental health issues because of how her hair is! And they make comments about if your child doesn’t know how to take care of her hair at 10 then it shouldn’t be long! All around terrible service and they didn’t even Wash her hair after applying the WD40!!!!

All the good employee are gone first grace then Gabby and now Emma. Not sure of her name but the older white lady with tattoos cut my son’s hair was very rude and unprofessional and definitely is the worst hair cut that he has gotten there.

Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismCayla did amazing with our daughter’s first haircut. She made sure that Avery felt comfortable and was extremely patient with her. Overall, my boyfriend and I are beyond satisfied with how it turned out. Most of all my daughter loves it and I can finally see her face again ❤️ thank you so much Cayla, you were awesome with Avery. I went in to get shampoo and cut. It wasn’t busy being Monday so I didn’t have to wait long. I told the girl what I wanted and she delivered the best cut that I have had in a long time. If you need your haircut and live around Rocky Mount, it’s in the Kroger shopping center.
