Absolute worst place to get a haircut. My son just got a haircut and I am horrified to see what they have done. According to my husband they were rude, did not listen to how he was explaining the cut and later blamed our 7+ year old boy, who is extremely cooperative in general, that he didn’t cooperate.

First the lady showed up a few minutes after 9 so I got to stand out in the cold this morning waiting and then I had to wait for them to do the opening stuff in the store so I had to wait till about 15 after for my cut to start. It had been about 2 months since my last cut so it was needed so I waited. The first pass on the sides and back were rushed where it felt like there was some slight hair pulling by the clippers. She asked if I had a dedicated part which i do on the left side but combed it over a little too far to the left and not where my part was. She brought up my side burns but didn’t do a good job in fact I had to clean them up as she left a line of hair under where she made the new line on one side and make them even just now after getting home with my razor. At the end she asked if it looked good and I said yes without even putting my glasses back on cause honestly I wanted to get out of there she charged me for a full haircut which is supposed to include a shampoo which I didn’t get. It’s no wonder most people that go here prefer Reyas, he does a much better job from my experience.
