Very friendly staff, and very well skilled. The hairdresser was able to reproduce a hairstyle I wanted, from a picture I had of myself, despite the drastic change in hair going on at the appointment. I don’t know if I got her name, but she deserves a shout out. It had been a busy day, but was still able to provide a quality experience. Would be happy to come back again.

Went in for a hair trim for my hair that was past my butt and some pig tail french braids since it was a hot day this past Saturday. Discussed with a hairstylist several times over and over again that there was to be no more than 4 inches taken off my hair because I wanted my length to stay. The girl insisted that my hair had only been cut 4 inches quickly braided my hair back without saying anything to me and off I went feeling like my hair was a little shorter than I had liked but not really sure exactly how short because my hair was in an updo. The next morning I took my hair out of the braids and ended up seeing that my hair that had been past my butt was cut to above the middle of my back. My husband measured over a foot that they had cut off which is over triple the amount I had consented to. I spoke to corporate who informed me that I would be receiving a full refund when I had arrived to the store yesterday I had to fight to even get $19.50 back when I had spent $30 that day not including the $10 tip that I left. The manager was almost insistent on trying to give me a free haircut card instead and I didn’t even get the full refund that I was promised just a partial. I didn’t take the free haircut for very obvious reasons. Why would I ever go back to a place that took 3 years hair growth without permission and refused as hard as they could to do the right thing and give me a full refund? They took at least 13 inch in total and tried to keep my refund from me and ended up not even giving the full refund to me. It is devastating and the people who worked there had absolutely no empathy for completely butchering my hair. I will never go back there and I will make sure that nobody that I know ever goes back there again especially with the way I was treated for simply wanting my money back when they made such a huge huge mistake. Also I forgot to mention that I grew my hair out that long because I have lupus which makes my hair fall out in chunks so I decided to grow it out in hopes it would help cover the spots with hair missing. They literally could have donated my hair with the amount they took without permission…

I have gone here several times and almost never have a good experience after this time I am done (I did go one time and have a good experience because I had a friendly stylist). The last haircut I got there, a skin fade with finger legnth on top, was blended so poorly that I could feel it with my untrained hand. I ended up going to another store and having it fixed, when I walked in they asked if I let my wife try to cut my hair. Then today, and I understand it’s a pain when this happens, I walked in thinking hey were open later than they were and the girl at the register asked me if I was getting a buzz cut with one blade length over my whole head, I said I wanted a medium skin fade with finger length on top and she said “well i’m Closing in one minute sorry” if that’s the case then turn your sign to closed and don’t let anyone else in. Absolutely ridiculous. I get it, nobody wants someone to walk in last minute but if I did that at my job I would be in a whole heap of trouble. Between bad hair cuts and bad service it isn’t worth the $16 for a haircut.

After struggling with different local hairdressers and friends, I finally took the trip to supercuts just trying to get my haircut properly, and Ayla finally gave me what I was looking for! She listened to every word I said and made sure I left the salon with the haircut I’ve been trying to achieve, she recommended great products to tame my mane, and was one of the friendliest people that have ever cut my hair. I would definitely recommend asking for Ayla for your next hair experience she really did not disappoint!!!!!
