I have always had a great experience here. The stylists are nice and work really hard. I walked in recently and was told there was a long wait. I was already anxious and did not want to leave. I ended up only waiting back 20 minutes which was fantastic. I had my hair cut with Sydney and she was so sweet and accommodating. She also understands curly hair which was nice to see. I will definitely keep returning here.

I took my 3 year old Son for a haircut that was $20.00. We checked in on the app for 11am and walked in at 10:20am. The “Gentleman” Barber told me eventhough there was one customer ahead of us that we still had to wait till 11am. My Son was merely looking at the garbage shampoo bottles they had on the shelves and the “Gentlemen” Barber says, “Please don’t play with the Product”. I kept my Son on my lap and we watched a show on my phone. My opinion is don’t be a jerk and say that. He could have been nicer and more diplomatic about it. The “Gentlemen” Barbers appearance was also unprofessional too. It’s not a nightclub, it’s supposed to be a family haircut business. Another female Barber gave the haircut. She was professional and nice.

Absolutely terrible service. They have multiple hairdressers sitting around doing nothing. I went in for a haircut at 11 AM and they told me they couldn’t take me until 1 PM on a Wednesday morning. A terrible corporation hiring lazy workers

Today was my first visit to a salon in years. I have someone come to my home the past few years. But today I went to super cuts and Sydney cut my hair. She is a incredibly talented hairstylist and such a sweet person. The male manager was very cool and professional I loved the atmosphere! Price was fantastic. I will 100% be back to use Sydney!!
