I am very disappointed with the hair cut the Barber did on my son. Before she started cutting the hair I showed her a photo of the cut style my son wanted. She finished without doing the edge lining and one side line. The two sides of my son’s head looked different. When asked about the edge lining she told me that they DO NOT DO THIS. Yet she didn’t tell me that before. Mind you, I showed her a picture. I ended up paying $17.95 for this amateurish hair cut. I won’t go back!

Refused service to my two friends for no good reason whatsoever. Judge mental and rude people that work here. IT’S JUST A HAIRCUT!!! How dare you refuse service to someone for literally who they are. You can’t pick and choose customers. Have fun having no business at that point. Absolutely disgusted by this facility.

Used to come to this place for years but I will no longer be returning after the discrimination I faced here today. I suffer from chronic anxiety and mild seizures and have a medical marijuana card. I was booked for a haircut and after a bunch of catty whispering and snide remarks I was then denied service for smelling like marijuana. This is a legal state and it is prescribed by my doctor. The old bitter hags that’s work at this establishment should be ashamed of themselves for discrimination against someone who takes alternative medicine for their ailments. Absolutely revolting behavior.

Needed a quick trim. Easy to make a last minute appointment. Hair Stylists were friendly and capable! She listened and did what I asked. She worked carefully and skillfully but didn’t take too long. Price was reasonable too. Very convenient.

Always “booked up” when you walk in, but employees just standing around talking with no one in the waiting area. Seems like they could slip a 10 min haircut in without a problem. Has happened the last few times I have tried this location.

I went to Supercuts not expecting much and that’s what I got. However, I had a coupon which made the place affordable and worth a try. I was able to make reservations over the phone and even though there was a line I was brought right to a chair. The stylist was very warm and friendly. The only problem was the haircut which I would give a 5 out of 10

I showed up around 7:15 for a haircut (just a trim) and the doors were locked and they refused service when the hours on the door say 7:30, and online say 7:45.

Terrible!!! The girl didn’t even know how to do layers in my hair. She moussed it up and sent me out the door, once I washed it I knew I got totally ripped off! No layers! $$$ for a trim! Never going back! Long haircut
