Brought my son for a haircut. They took someone who was a walk in and gave them their name after we arrived before my son who was on time for his appointment. Later, as I was waiting for my son’s appointment, 2 other people who had an appointment were passed up for a walk in who arrived at the same time. Hilariously, the two customers began quoting “but I had an appointment” from a Seinfeld episode. After waiting 30 minutes after our appointment, my son’s haircut began and was butchered so badly that I needed to take him somewhere else to repair the damage.
