Critical: Professionalism, QualityI just got off work and I have been here a few times in the past and the girls are wonderful here. I just left about 10 minutes ago. I literally signed in and she had me out in 5 minutes. She did an absolute rush job on me. Not only that she was a bit rough and had a grouchy demeanor. When she was finished I observed my brows and I suspected something would be off being that she got done way too quick.. I had hairs still on my eyebrows where it should have been threaded off. I was immediately irritated so I didn’t even bother to let her remove them. I was just ready to go. I’ll just go home and pluck them. When I paid I did NOT tip her as I usually always do. She was aggressive from the start. Whoever the lady who is there as of this second needs some better customer service and learn how to not do rush jobs. I just got off work and I have been here a few times in the past and the girls are wonderful here. I just left about 10 minutes ago. I literally signed in and she had me out in 5 minutes. This is hands down one of my favorite places to get my eyebrows threaded at. They do an exceptional job every time I have never had a bad experience with them. I also recommend getting henna tattoos if you never tried it, very interesting and pretty.

I have been to 5 different threading salons and the experience I had with this shop was far superior. They were respectful and patient, I basically walked through the door singed in and they were calling me. My eyebrows came out perfectly. This will be my regular place from now on. Also, did I mention it was very inexpensive to get my eyebrows done.

I’ve been coming here for the past 4 or 5 years. Both Sidra and Nazia do amazing work. They’re SUPER friendly and professional. They actually listen to your specifications on how you want your eyebrows done. I’ll continue coming here as long as these two ladies are here. Keep up the wonderful job ladies!!

After trying so many different places and trusting them with my eye brows this is the best place. The lady who did my eye brows was the best when she was done with the first one she showed me I was so happy to see my eye brow had life again. At the end I was like wow never seen my eye brows so shaped like this in a long time. I really do recommend this place!!!!

I absolutely love this place. I have very dark eveybrows, so anytime I get them done it it very noticeable when they don’t come out right. I’ve gotten my eyebrows done at so many places and have never found any to be great. I came here one day and my eyebrows came out amazing but I thought maybe it was a one time thing like most places. I have been back 6 more times and I see Nazia and she does an amazing job every single time. She is very consistent and quick.

Today was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded here and it definitely won’t be the last. The salon was clean and the service was great. Ask for Sidra, she was quick and precise. My brows haven’t looked this good in a long time 🙂
