This was my first time coming and i got these done a couple hours ago by chloe and although the service was great for the most part, my nails already look grown out because the acrylic is no where near my nail and the gems are not centered or straight. I did not know the green was going to dry like this i asked for a sage green and this looks like lime to me. I am very unhappy with the result of this and from pictures and even my own friends coming here I had high hopes and was really let down, I will not be coming back.

I’ve been going to Sunshine Nails on and off for about a year now. I went in two days ago for a full set. Wendy was my nail tech. I asked her if she could prep my nail beds a little more before gluing on the nails (I asked if she could clip my over grown cuticles to prevent lifting) She told me, “No you don’t need it”. I asked again for her to please do it. She stormed off and seemed upset, grabbed a bowl of water so my cuticles could soak. She didn’t let them soak nor did she put cuticle remover on them. Wendy didn’t push back my cuticles, she just started clipping the skin. Her attitude was horrible!! She was rude and rough. When it comes time to pay she told me I owe 60 dollars for a full set and because she “cut my cuticles” it was an extra 10 dollars. Their sign said $50 for a full set of acrylics with gel color. I did not get gel or shellac on top of my acrylic, just a top coat; which is less of their products and work. I didn’t give her problems I paid the $70 and walked out not happy with the customer service Wendy provided. Fast forward two days, my nails have started to lift already, and I called the salon to verify the price of a full set WITHOUT the extra paint, the woman I spoke with told me it was still $50 for the full set. If that’s the case why PLEASE READ: I was charged $10 extra dollars for less product and less of their time?? If I am paying $60 for a set of nails I expect that they take their time and are polite. I also think it’s ridiculous to be charged more for proper prep and application of the acrylics. I will not be going back to Sunshine Nail Salon and I will not recommend them to anyone.

Sara and Bonnie are amazing, even when really full they were able to get me in and out really quick, they were really nice and their prices are pretty good too. To be honest, I LOVE my nails. I haven’t had such a good design in a long time. I also really liked that masks are required, made me feel safer around more people. Definitely recommend them!

I Would Not Recommend Coming To This Nail Salon At All If Your Looking For Great Customer Service And Respect Worth Your Hard-Working Money . I Was Told Wendy / Sara does not want to do my nails anymore because of my nail designs I always request / me choosing the color but look here . If I am PAYING for my nails / the QUALITY Of my nails of how I want them done then that’s how I Want Them . They Are Racist and pick and choose .

Nothing was terrible however, nothing was good. My nails aren’t fully covered. The shape is not symmetrical, the length is slightly uneven. The chairs are uncomfortable. I simply have nothing good to say.

Terrible customer service. Refused my wife service after she had an appointment and was a regular customer of Cita. Why? Because my wife has the audacity to ask for upfront pricing. Cita said she didn’t want to do business with her because of that. What kind of professional business does not have an agreed upon price upfront?

Got a fill and beautiful art yesterday. Tina did an amazing job. And is super friendly. I did feel it was a bit much $74.00 for the fill, 1 nail fix and the art. Tina took her time and did a beautiful job. I’ll be going back in 2 weeks for sure. 🙂
