Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueI happen to be visiting Pasadena and had some time to spare so I popped in Sunset and was greeted by a nice young lady who helped me pick out the best bed for me. The prices are great ! I happen to be visiting Pasadena and had some time to spare so I popped in Sunset and was greeted by a nice young lady who helped me pick out the best bed for me. The prices are great ! Was shocked when she told me the lotion was only 8 dollars a pack .. in NJ they are 16 bucks!!

Critical: CleanlinessOkay so I came here twice and that was enough.My first visit I went in a level 4 standup and was so claustrophobic inside I had to open the door twice. I stayed in for 2 minutes shy of full time and got no color. I am someone who has been tanning for 18 years and I have NEVER had such poor results especially when I already had a tan before I came in. When I did my tour they raved about their bulbs being great and beds being European…Okay now next visit: I walk in and there’s 5 people inside and no one at the front desk, 5 minutes later a woman walks out of the back from tanning and yells to whoever is working and tells them there’s a room full of people waiting. She tells everyone she was watching Netflix in the back and didn’t know anyone was there. 6 people total in the lobby and she didn’t notice?!I did a lay down level 4. Again so small inside there (and I’m not a big person) and I went in the full time. This time I got some color but not what you’d expect from doing full time in what they consider a higher level bed. When I got out I asked where to put my dirty towel since there were 2 baskets. She said “I don’t know” I said what do you mean you don’t know? Which is dirty towels and which is clean? 1 has fishes on the basket the other doesn’t?” She said she didn’t know. I was mortified and threwMy dirty towel on top of the washer instead of risking throwing it in with clean towels since she clearly didn’t care. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityRecently started going here because my old place closed, it way surpassed my expectations, super nice, clean, friendly staff, beds are great, bulbs changed often, prices are decent, love the color I get. Great variety of different beds and spray tans. This is definitely 100x better than Palm Beach Tan and honestly beds are better. Love that it’s a small local business. It’s definitely a hidden gem! Recently started going here because my old place closed, it way surpassed my expectations, super nice, clean, friendly staff, beds are great, bulbs changed often, prices are decent, love the color I get.
