She was fantastic, took the time to listen to what I wanted and explain the options and variations. I am very pleased with the result and will be going back to her. She is skilled and personable!

I had Kathy treat my hair with a straightening treatment. It turned out amazing. For years I was so terrified to let anyone touch my hair, I didn’t trust anyone. Kathy made me feel so comfortable talked me through the entire process and was a complete joy to work with. She was wonderful she asked what I wanted and we discussed step by step. I went home and was unable to do like she did after 5 days. I called her she said come in and I will show u how to do the style . She took the time to help train me on what to do. When I asked how much I owed she said nothing it was important for her to know that I knew what to do. I insisted it took her time and she should get paid for her time. Definitely the place to go for tattoo removal. Jo uses a non-laser process that doesn’t damage the skin and charged me less than what any other place had quoted me. She has decades of experience and it shows in the speed and quality of her work.

I have gotten a haircut here several times and I always have good service and a great haircut. My hair stylist was very knowledgeable and meticulous in getting my hair just right. Make sure to set aside extra time for a haircut here it can take a while.
