I wanted to love this place. It was clean, peaceful, and the staff was friendly. Pictured is what I asked for and then what I got. I only get a manicure maybe once a year. I asked the technician not to put a third layer on because she was covering up the whites of my nail. She insisted because she had been oddly scraping polish off with her nails leaving an uneven nail. Took forever to grow my nails and she filed them off. You can see by my cuticles I was left bloodied. And she kept trying to wipe it before I could see it. My cuticles have been throbbing and just hoping to avoid an infection. Disappointed

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis place is not a fan of people of color! I called earlier today to schedule a same day appointment. When I arrived I was told that there would be a 15- 20 minute wait (wasn’t sure why if I already had a scheduled appointment). After waiting about 20 minutes a walk in comes (who was a Caucasian woman)and and is serviced immediately. I was then told that I would not be able to be serviced. Unbelievable!! I would give this place negative stars if I could! No wonder this place has such horrible ratings and I should have read the reviews before wasting my time. I have only been to Sunny Nails once but I can definitely say I am hooked. I had a basic pedicure which felt like a spa pedicure after I was done! The staff is very friendly and I did not feel rushed. ”The price is reasonable – Can’t wait to get back.!

Not the worst place I’ve been to but, it’s not even close to the best. Cleanliness doesn’t seem to be the top priority, staff doesn’t listen to what you really want, not a lot of colors to choose from. Like I said not the worst but not even close to #1. They are cheap but you get what you pay for.
