Critical: Professionalism, ValueGot my nails done back in October for vacation, I was not comfortable with how they looked the first time so I came back the next morning for them to fix/reshape. The lady they gave me was extremely rude to my hands. Very disrespectful, throwing my hands around & being aggressive with the filing.(i guess she really didn’t want to fix my nails) I didn’t say anything I just watched her abuse and hurt me, When she was done I tipped her for her time & that’s when she decided to be “nice” I couldn’t believe what I went through honestly – I’ve lived in Carle Place for years & I am for sure NOT EVER going back. Plus they did a careless messy job on my pedicure. I’ll never know the reason why i was treated like that and I rather not know. I came to this place because my usual nail tech was closed. This is the first time in my life I walked out of a salon with a job so poorly done. I would not recommend investing your hard earned money here. I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 15.Needless to say I know what a good manicure looks like. I came to this place because my usual nail tech was closed. This is the first time in my life I walked out of a salon with a job so poorly done. I would not recommend investing your hard earned money here. worst nail salon ever. workers are rude and aggressive. it is my fault for continuing to go to this place because every time i am disappointed. one of the male workers was doing my nails and a customer walked in, he suddenly rushed through my nails cut them way too short to the point that i started bleeding. then he suddenly stopped and said go get your pedicure first. next i get my pedicure now am i switched to 2 other people to figure out who’s doing my nails. i wanted a simple design on my nails and it got to the point where she was asking me for help drawing a line. this place sucks do not recommend should shut down.

I love coming here! It’s been a good 4 years and I’m always treated with respect and care. You definitely tend to find your regular nail tech with time of going and Judy is amazing! When it comes to Acrylics she’s definitely the one and many others as well but she’s my main. Another thing they do that no other nail salon has given me is a massage on my back after your nails are getting dried they do this no charge. Overall my experiences have been great and I honestly recommend it.

I got a gel pedicure and the polish chipped after 3 days (38 dollar pedicure) decided to give them one more shot after I went back and they made me wait 40 minutes to fix that one toe… the second time I made an appointment arrived 15 minutes early for my 4:45 appointment and at 5:10 the male owner told me 2 more minutes … long story short I walked out at 5:30 with no pedicure and I will never again return.
