I went for an ANC manicure. The tech who did my nails made three of my cuticles bleed from cutting them when they didn’t need to be, he didn’t apologize. Just continued to cut the rest. Had he soaked my nails in warm water prior, this may not have happened. My cuticles are red, sore, and slightly swollen. The nail tech also left excess powder/clear coat under my nails that I had to pick out.

I brought 6 people for a mani and pedi and all of us were dissatisfied. They do not know how to do a basic pedicure. They are very unprofessional. The owner started yelling at employee in front of everyone for a mistake that she the owner in fact made. Will never use this place again.

The best place in the area. I moved to Northern Dutchess county from Manhattan last year. I’ve tried several nail salons in order to my find my “place” and this is definitely it. I always leave happy. They are also fast without sacrificing quality.

I went in for a pedicure since THEY gave me a coupon for Xmas and didn’t realize the coupon changed since the previous years, it was ALWAYS a free basic pedicure. So I thought I would use this coupon for a free pedicure. When I went to give them the coupon she still demanded that I pay for it when it was never pointed out to me that it changed and if it was I could have gotten an even better pedicure for even cheaper than what I paid for lol when I explained to her I didn’t understand she threw the coupon back at me. Since I was a loyal customer I thought they should have just honored this and given it to me for this one time only but she did not. I have been a loyal customer here. I went in for a pedicure since THEY gave me a coupon for Xmas and didn’t realize the coupon changed since the previous years, it was ALWAYS a free basic pedicure. So I thought I would use this coupon for a free pedicure.
