So I have to share my experience with Jackie and the amazing Jaylin. Customer service is at the highest level anyone could imagine. The dynamic duel run this store as if it was their own. The care they take is fabulous. I would like to close this review with the staff at College Ave in Suffolk kill it. I will never go anywhere else. I hope head office reads this they need a raise. I normally really enjoy this location but this time I was not as pleased. I waited for 20 minutes while the girl at the front desk sold 2 different people on various different lotions and services. I was waiting on the spray booth and had to wait an additional ten minutes even though I saw the girl using it walk out because the girl at the front desk was so busy. Just really not happy at all. If you’re going to spend 20 minutes talking to them at least get me back in the booth first. It takes 3 minutes.

A nice place with clean beds, they have stand up booth as well. Friendly staff. I wish there was an option for a monthly membership when you don’t have to give 30 day notice for cancellation. It’s hard if you travel for work for months at a time. But they have weekly packages which works for me.

Critical: ValueI am a new member here at Sundays, I moved here from another state. The past three times my friend and I have been in, they have only had one level 1 bed working. The only solution they have to offer is to pay for an upgrade or wait 15 minutes whilst the other person uses the bed. Mind you, the upgrades run anywhere from $7 for the stand up bed to $13 for the level 4 bed. When asked if there was anything they could do, considering that the $13 is almost half of the price I pay to tan monthly, the staff has no solution or answer. I’m sure that this isn’t for a lack of the staff wanting to do something, I think it is an upper level management issue.I am a new member here at Sundays, I moved here from another state. Love this location! All the girls are knowledgeable and extremely helpful! I didn’t even know there where different level of bed’s until I was convinced to sign up for the VIP. I was Weary at first but it’s the best money I spend, that ironically pays for it’s self very quickly because of how relaxing my experiences always are.

I love going to Sundays. They have great quality beds and because of that you don’t have to spend so much money going over and over again to get the ideal look. Even though I don’t go as often, I found a package that works for me and I can bring in a friend for free. Staff here is really nice, too, always sweet and welcoming.

I actually went to Sunday’s with a group of bridesmaids for my friends wedding and couldn’t be happier with the service. I’m officially hooked! I was so worried about how it would turn out and came here because I’d read some good reviews, And while I’d had spray tans before, it never looked as natural as this. The staff was knowledgeable and walked my friends through the process, who were new to tanning. Everything was clean and quaint. Had a great time!
