Who doesn’t love tanning?! This Sun Tan City is as good as its going to get, well except the pricing. Memberships are insanely high priced for any of the premium beds. You can offset the high cost by opting to go when they do their 5 visits for $7-10 promos or $7 any visit promos. It’s always clean, and the beds are always very hygenic the staff is very nice and always very attentive. Even if there is a wait it’s never for more than 15 min. 8/10 only due to prices.

Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismHenderson Kentucky….I was very unsure as to what package would fit me best and which one had the better value. Zane was very patient with me as I took probably at least 20 minutes trying to decide what package I wanted. He went over every detail with me and even showed me the different beds that I had to choose from. Zane helped me achieve the best deal for me. He was very professional but yet personable.Edit:Service hasn’t been as pleasant as I expressed in my prior review. The atmosphere and staff are not as welcoming and friendly as in the time frame when Zane was working here. He and the others during this period genuinely seemed happy to see me and always made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I always had a much needed relaxing experience tanning.But…. I froze my account for several months and when I came in to unfreeze and begin tanning again, I was told by a staff member who seemed mad the moment I walked in.the door, I would have to pay an activation fee which was not even mentioned when I originally froze my account. I called customer service and the csr told me they were having a”Promotion” and she could remove the activation fee.WHAT??? As if she was doing me a favor after being deceived. Be careful with what choices you make here bc it seems the company leaves out a few details.The current tanning experience at Suntan City seems more like a task than a ” Me time.”***On a positive note ….Suntan City has amazing tanning equipment , probably the best I’ve used. The nicest people you will ever meet! Plus their beds are amazing I got tan in 3 short sessions- great place to tan!!!!! Also there following social distance guidelines and I always see someone cleaning so I feel very safe to go here with covid fears- Definitely give them a try you won’t be disappointed!

I haven’t sprayed tan in years, the young women who helped me was so nice. I was in a panic because I was white as a ghost and headed to the Dominican republic. I got there $15 spray tan, she also sold me primer and tan extender. I only paid $30 for all of it! That included the hydration and extra spray on my legs. I’m very pleased. Thanks to them I’ll be dark on vacation!
