When the store closed in Harrodsburg without warning I was told my package would be good at any salon location. I came in and the customer service rep called the help desk and she was told they could not honor my package. Its not my problem the store closed I spent plenty of money there, I just hated being told one thing and then the same business not standing by their word. Not cool

I went to Sun Tan City to get a little color before an event. My visits were great. I did get some color. My only complaint is the mist function did not work once the whole month. The body ventilation did work but no mist. Staff is incredibly nice.

Critical: ProfessionalismThis is the first time I’ve ever been to a tanning place and the lady that was helping me wasn’t very helpful at all she didn’t explain anything to me she just showed me a button and left. she didn’t even give me a card. After I was done I had to go back up front and ask for it. Won’t stop billing your card!!!! Billed me for over a year and I didn’t know it was coming out of my account! So for a year I was paying for a package for me and my wife and neither one of us ever went!!! Seems like a scan to me. I don’t recommend this place!!!!!!!
