I’ve been a STC customer for many years now and Martha has got the Georgetown location going on! All of staff are so nice and helpful. I’ve gone in after having a rough day and not in the greatest of moods but after a brief chat with the staff and tanning (or poly red light or hydro massage) I leave in a much better mood. Took my mom to get her first spray tan. While we were doing bday week vacay. The people here we’re fantastic. One thing though my did the double dip so she laid in the bed which of course I couldn’t go back there with her to explain everything. I got her in their top bed and well I asked the girls to go back and explain. This is where I want to give advice. If you have an older person well anyone for that matter that has never used any type of bed other than the low level of one that you just get in and push start. The girl went to fast. So she didn’t know how to turn the air on or the mist or how to turn the face Tanner down you know all the extra stuff. Which I guess if I knew I would of just would of told her to turn all the stuff on for my mom so she could get the full experience of the top tier beds. But other than that they were great and very nice

I do not approve of the employee telling me, that I have to buy their googles. I don’t have to buy their googles, if I want to show u all my disposable ones everytime I can. I am NOT required to wear any kind of Eyewear. In order to lay. As long as I show u Eyewear, when u ask, thats all u need. Its at my discretion if I want to wear them or not, once I am in the room and get ready to lay. I also have only been told by one employee that I can not tan anymore if I do not show my ID or my SCANCARD, everytime. Thats what the one older lady that works at Tates Creek Center told me last week. She said STC just started that, which I’ve been going to STC for a few years and sometimes I will have my keys and scan card and sometimes not, but I’ve never been told that. Why don’t all the employees tell me this and not just her though?

So i have 5 kids and never get out well anyways i thought i would treat myself to a spray tan . I dont know much about tanning but i was excited to get out and do something for myself . I get there and ask about pricing and deals . Well a lady with brown hair i didnt get her name was extremely rude to me and keep saying if i woukd quit asking she would tell me . And when i asked what she would recommend for my skin tone she rold me thats not her problem . And she keep rolling her eyes at me . I told her to give my my licens back and told her zhr was very rude . I have just decided not to go get anything and go home . It completely ruined my free time and morning . I cant believe they talk to people like this. Ive loved in Georgetown for 15 years and never had any experience like this. Well ill never trh and do anything like this agin .
