So fresh & so clean! Absolutely 5 stars . This facility is SUPER clean. They provide towels & goggles. Multiple style of beds to help layer yo brown. The prices are absolutely reasonable. The staff (the best part) is AWESOME! These girls are friendly, hilarious, an just downright southern charm. They know about their products an can guide you to whatever lotions you may need.

The staff is hit and miss. Just when I think they have someone friendly and knowledgable, they quit or are fired. The beds are older here, which doesn’t bother me as long as the bulbs are updated when they need to be, which does not seem to happen. My biggest complaint is the staff does not to a good job of cleaning the rooms after a client leaves. There are old stickers stuck to the floors, sometimes, used dirty goggles are left in the rooms for the next person to use, but the biggest thing is the condition the beds are left in. A quick squirt and wipe on the lower surface, but never have I EVER seen the top glass of the bed clean. It’s pretty gross to lay in that.

Terrible Terrible Customer Service!!! I complained because the beds have cracks in them which can create large burns if they break and there were shelves on the floors in the rooms with nails sticking out. I even took photos and got a very aggressive attitude from the manager regarding the complaint. She makes thousands of excuses for the run down place and I can see from comments below she tries to cover up others concerns as well. She was so rude and disrespectful towards me and made me feel like I was in the wrong for the complaint. She has the worst customer service skills. I asked for a refund to go somewhere else and of course was denied. They can keep the money. I wont be returning EVER! You can waste your money here and get run down beds and terrible customer service. OR drive 15 minutes to Tan Your Hide and have a much better experience for the same amount of money! Your choice!

This used to be a clean nice well kept facility. I have used the sunless tanning for years. The last year the machine rarely tans you correctly. I went last night to tan & the machine didn’t spray any suntan spray on me. I’ve had this happen more than once & the management does not refund you. You just paid for something you didn’t get. Drive to Belton a few short miles away where you will find a clean facility with two sunless tanning beds that guarantee your satisfaction. I give up on this Sun Catchers. This place needs to be turned into the health department. It is filthy with sticky floors!

If I could do 0 stars I would. This place is FILTHY. The staff, including the owner are so rude and act like you’re bothering them by coming in. Zero customer service. No hello! No smiles, no nothing when you walk in. It’s what’s your name, bed number whatever. The beds are filthy, the walls are filthy, the floor is sticky. The doors don’t close. The spray tan never works. and that’s just what we can see. I don’t know the sanitization process they’re using for the beds, the eye goggles, anything. I worked in tanning salons all throughout school and college and have sunless tanned for over ten years, never have I ever seen a tanning salon in this state. I started going to a tanning salon in belton and I was blown away! It’s CLEAN, the staff is beyond friendly and helpful and it’s the same prices for wayyyy better beds!!! I cannot express enough how dirty this facility is and how rude the staff is. This place would legit be shut down if a health code inspector were called in. I don’t know how somebody hasn’t gotten sick or an infection of some kind from those beds. Do not waste your time and money. Make the trip to belton it’s worth it.

I absolutely love this tanning salon! The workers are amazing! I’ve never had any issues with this place. My husband and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If anyone asks I tell them to go there. Thank y’all for being the best tanning salon possible.

Horrible customer service. If you’re under 25, the manager will not take you seriously. I came in to tan and instead of cleaning a bed and putting me in the room, she decided to file every single one of her nails before getting up to do so. Regardless of this incident, if there is a line at the front desk it will take far too long for them to move through the line and get you in a bed. Such a shame that temple doesn’t have any other tanning options anymore. Never had these issues when Tan House was still open. Suncatchers is certainly not the best and I don’t recommend it if you have options that are more convenient. Only positive is that the beds are good.

This is a generous rating. I wish there were more options. Belton has a great place (good service, bulbs changed, music and beds are up to date). Here, bulbs are very old, radios are antiquated, falling shelves etc. The only plus is some very good front desk employees, sorry.

Friendly staff and excellent beds. Never had to wait more than 30 seconds to get a bed, even midday at lunch, theres always plenty of staff to keep things moving. I would recommend Sun Catchers if your looking for a great tanning salon in Temple TX. 5 Stars!
