Mandy is absolutely AMAZING!!! I’ve been going to her off and on for about 20 years. And when I go back to her, I always ask myself why I bother going anywhere else. She’s the type of hairdresser you can ask for suggestions and you walk out looking and feeling amazing! Maggie is great with nails. I’ve been her customer for many years. Chris is incredible with my haircut and color. Wow and the entire stay is ALWAYS friendly and upbeat. My wife found a Groupon they were offering for saturdays only. Upon arriving and showing the stylist Susan the cut and color she wanted, Susan went in the back, came back out and said she didn’t have the product to do her hair. This IS a hair salon correct? My wife asked about the $50 she had already spent on the Groupon and was told, just call them and they will refund your money. Guess what, it took a fight and a supervisor to get the refund that will take 7-10 days. The salon didn’t even make an attempt to compensate my wife for wasting her time and refusing to do her hair. HORRIBLE experience!
