Rebekah was so amazing. Came in here 9 months pregnant and not only was she sooo nice and patient but the results looked great! It was a very very painful experience (as pregnancy makes it more painful and my tolerance was low and I was not able to get the numbing spray) she gave me the best experience possible, will for sure be back. Amazing experience!!!! I highly recommend. It was my first time sugaring and my waxer was Ciara and let me tell you she made the experience worth it. She’s professional, courteous, relatable, she made me feel comfortable and explained each step and their benefits to me. I booked my appointment with Ciara. After having a really traumatizing experience at the WPB/Wellington location, I tried this location instead. I was scared at first but honestly Ciara provided such wonderful support and customer service to me. WOW! I have been waxing for the last 3 years but recently tried sugaring. I was already locked into a contract in New Orleans but now that I am living in Delray, I found this sugaring place and it is the best experience I have ever had! Literally, out of all the places I have been to! Dacia was so kind, informative, caring during the experience. She constantly checked in to make sure I was feeling okay which not a lot of waxologists do. Owner is great too! HIGHLY recommend it! I will be doing the unlimited package next time I go! And sugaring is WAY better than wax! Thanks guys!

My first experience was amazing, I loved the concept of sugaring. My second visit was horrible, I had Rebekah who was really sweet but she wasn’t able to remove my hair claiming it was “very stubborn” and “too short” as well as claiming the heat outside caused the sugar to melt in my face cause my face was warm. So barely any hair was removed and I went to wax my face the next day and it was all removed which defeated the purpose of me going there. I was also asked to pay for a service that wasn’t even done.. very disappointed she may do better with removing fairer facial hair but definitely won’t be going back. My first experience with Daisha was awesome but I’m just gonna stick to threading and waxing now.
