Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe ppl here are just rude and rough. I came to get a holiday set on Friday. By Tuesday 3 had already fell off. Yes completely just feel off. While I was getting my nails done he was squeezing my poor little fingers. And tore up my cuticles with his nail file. Every time I said something he just snatched me up a little bit more.. I paid very good money for these nails. So when I went back to let them know and try to get it fixed they said the guy wasn’t there and they wouldn’t be able to fix them. I didn’t even care if they had the same design. Just wanted them fixed even painted a simple Xmas color. But they said they wouldn’t service me at all. They offered no compensation of any. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO ELSE WHERE! This is not the place you want to waste your hard earned money.Service: Acrylic nailsThe ppl here are just rude and rough. The ppl here are just rude and rough. I came to get a holiday set on Friday. By Tuesday 3 had already fell off. Yes completely just feel off. While I was getting my nails done he was squeezing my poor little fingers. And tore up my cuticles with his nail file. Every time I said something he just snatched me up a little bit more.. Gave me a really hard time about one finger nail! One freaking finger nail. The manager helped me at first, got mad because I asked him to please redo my nail. He said no, turned off the lamp and walked off. Left me there clueless. Then another guy comes to help and while he is he’s constantly rolling his eyes, shaking his head. I do not recommend this place for professionalism. I have been here before a few times and have ever had issues till this time. Please reconsider elsewhere as they will throw a fit to fix ONE nail. Didn’t do my nails right the first time. I went back within 3 days of getting my nails done and they swore up and down it had been more than a week. Gave me a really hard time about one finger nail!
