The salon is clean and sanitized thoroughly, the stylists are knowledgeable, and there are products for everyone at multiple different price points to fit your budget. My hair stylist was super kind and kept checking to make sure I liked it! It turn out super nice and exact! The price was a reasonable price! Love this place and definitely going again!I came here again and everything was nice and my hairstylist was great! However the lady at the front desk charged me for another service that was more expensive. When I asked her why, she was a bit rude and didn’t tell me. I called in later and it was resolved. Positive: QualityWhitney was amazing!She was so kind & sweet and did such a great job on my hair! We were both shocked by how well it turned out considering I had a lot of brassy blonde in my hair. My hair felt and looked so much better than when I got there, and it was such a beautiful, clean shop. Temp and hand sanitizer on arrival, mask on during wash and cut. First time visit to your salon, loved it! I had an appointment with Bria, and she was awesome! My hair felt and looked so much better than when I got there, and it was such a beautiful, clean shop. Temp and hand sanitizer on arrival, mask on during wash and cut. Whole new way of life during the pandemic but a great experience nonetheless! I will be back, and Bria is the master! Thank you!

Critical: Quality, ValueI had the worst experience at this salon the other day. They refuse to give me a refund! Yes, they said I could come in and get this fixed for free but honestly after the experience I had at this salon, I will NOT be going back! I was there for 6+ hours, which was ridiculous! I was sitting and waiting in between THREE different clients with NOTHING being done to my hair! I understand it’s hard to achieve this look in one sitting, but my hair is honestly nowhere near to what I wanted! The blending is awful and blotchy as all heck! I had wanted this beautiful look for my brother’s wedding that I’m a bridesmaid in come October. I am so upset with my outcome and experience and that this salon won’t just give me my money back! They say they have a no refund policy, but it’s nowhere to be found on their website. I do not recommend this salon at all.
