Critical: ProfessionalismI’m new to the area. I thought I would get professional service. Catherine did my hair. She just pulled my hair back and cut it off. Then she colored it jet.black. I asked for dark brown shoulder length hair and it to be colored dark brown. Then she took about all of my eyebrows off.
