When I went to Starr I had her lighten my hair. She left the bleach on my hair for 50 minutes while rinsing off my hair she panicked and told me my hair was really bad and melting off. My hair then had to be cut to my shoulders. By the end of the process I still payed her $200 for ruining my hair the only thing she gave back was a sorry and a few free sample masks. She never even offered to fix it. It was a hair nightmare and took a very long time to get my hair healthy again. I went to other salons who helped me get my hair healthy again. Thank god.
