Critical: QualityCalled last minute. Was told to make an appointment. While doing so, they changed their mind and had me come in.Sha (“like sha-na-na) was assigned to my pedicure.When asked about the stenciling, he said” no problem”.It took him over an hour to do my pedicure. I was not at all happy with the work he had done but was going to let the art go. However, at the time, it felt as though he had rounded my big toe nail too much and had the feeling of being ingrown for the first 4 weeks. I have attached photos of what my big toe looks like after nearly 6 weeks.Update as of 10.05.2021(6mos after initial service)Toe nail is slowly growing out. It’s dead and will eventually fall off. Critical: ProfessionalismThis place used to be my favorite but have been inconsistent the last two times I came. Set up an appointment for an acrylic full set and set me up with a technician who doesn’t do acrylic… at a nail salon… had me waiting 50 minutes + on the next technician and ended up walking out. This place used to be my favorite but have been inconsistent the last two times I came. Set up an appointment for an acrylic full set and set me up with a technician who doesn’t do acrylic… at a nail salon… had me waiting 50 minutes + on the next technician and ended up walking out.
