Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI came in for a pedicure and they did a good job, but the next day two of my toes are extremely red and inflamed by the nail and are very painful. I’ve never had this happen after getting a pedicure.I also got an acrylic fill the same day. The man who did my nails was extremely rushed and rough. I have cuts all along my cuticles from him not being careful with the drill. When he applied the acrylic he actually got it all over my cuticle which means it will likely lift.I also asked for a french tip, and instead of applying a nude color at the base like normal he just left it unpainted, so you can see the line between the old and new acrylic.Their prices are listed as $20 and up for an acrylic fill. I actually brought my own regular polish because they didn’t have the color I wanted – I did get a simple design, but I don’t understand how I was still charged $40. For regular polish that I brought and getting french tips on a couple nails. Stay away from this place! These people are crooks! I took my two daughters in for a manicure and a full set and literally paid over double for each service! They claim to charge more because My daughter asked for an almond shape. And polish is extra. They also tried to put acrylics on my other daughter so we had to sit for an extra hour to wait to have them soaked off and start all over and the owner did not apologize but gave me and my daughters mast looks and swore at me in Vietnamese. When I confronted him about it he said “you want service but you don’t want to pay!” I’m happy to pay for nails but getting ripped off and literally being charged double with an apology or anything for ruining my daughter’s nails, I’ll go somewhere. These shops are a dime a dozen and these people have no trouble exploiting the people of Eagle. Good riddance.

They used to be good, but now they way overbook even if you have an appointment. The last 3 times the owner moved the person working with me to new customers coming in the door then he (the owner) finished which is horrible! He’s sloppy, answering the phone, looking around, checking people in, then rushing me out the door. He used to be really good and needs to slow down and go back to quality over quantity.

I went in for a pedicure and a man sat me down and literally took 20 minutes to do the pedicure, only scrubbed the bottom of one of my feet, clipped a couple of toenails, got distracted by the phone came back and never finished clipping my nails!! He was up and down answering the phone and got distracted several times! Then charged me $40 for the pedicure! I know it is up to me to say something at the time if I’m disappointed in the service, but he was so intimidating that I just paid and left! I have gone here for over 2years and sadly will not return again!

Horrible service. After choosing 3 colors THREE they didn’t have neither one available for full set and pedicure. The tech was rushing and kept complaining because I requested a full set. He never asked me what I wanted done prior to assuming I wanted a manicure. He said he would charge me extra because I wanted an almond shape. I’m very easy going and don’t complain unless the service I’ve received was unfair. At leastways give me a discount for the inconvenience of having to pick out a color 4 times!
