Waiting 3+ hours to get a half-decent french manicure is completely unacceptable. If my sister wasn’t getting married this weekend, I would’ve undoubtedly already left. This is poor customer service, poor communication, and poor management. 3 hours, y’all. Spend your hard-earned money on a business that treats you better.

I’ve been sitting here for 3 hours. they are taking people ahead of me that walked in well over 30 mins after me. Being in the beauty industry this is disrespectful and just flat out rude. They didn’t have an appointment just like I didn’t and yet they are getting done before me. To say I’m angry is an understatement. It’s okay to be busy but it’s NOT okay to ignore new clients. WILL NOT BE BACK!!
